Staircase construction, shuttering, and concreting works are being executed under strict supervision. The curing process is being monitored closely to ensure structural strength, precision, and long-term durability of the framework.Interior Development:
Partition wall construction and floor levelling are progressing steadily. These activities mark the transition toward the interior finishing phase, with levelling carried out using advanced laser tools for accuracy and smoothness.Finishing & Aesthetic Work:
Granite cleaning and polishing activities are in full swing across corridors and staircases. The team is focusing on achieving a clean, elegant look that complements the project’s premium design standards.Quality & Site Maintenance:

In the basement, activities such as granite cutting, cleaning, and brick cleaning are underway to refine the finishing details. The ground floor is witnessing significant movement with planter installation, wiring, granite fixing, networking setup, and concreting work below the finish level, alongside overall site cleaning to maintain a well-organized workspace.
On the first floor, false ceiling installation, electrical wiring, and skirting work are being executed with precision. The second and fifth floors are undergoing thorough cleaning operations, ensuring readiness for upcoming interior tasks.
The third floor team is focusing on stair cleaning and finishing, while the fourth floor involves duct repair and maintenance work to streamline future mechanical and electrical fittings.
At the terrace level, brickwork is progressing efficiently, marking the near completion of structural activities.
