On June 28, 2025, the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry convened an exclusive conclave on search & seizure under tax laws & ISD at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh — eagerly witnessing its CEO, Mr Mohit Bansal, grace the stage as a guest speaker.
The session brought together legal, industrial and policy experts to discuss the importance of compliance and governance in India’s rapidly evolving economic landscape. Mr Bansal expounded his thinking along the lines that real estate and infrastructure development have to be founded on ethical leadership and responsible business practices.
